Problem
Four product teams. Four button components. Twelve shades of blue. Every release introduced visual drift, and engineers were rewriting the same primitives quarterly.
Solution
Designed a token-first system where Figma is the source of truth. Style Dictionary fans tokens out to platforms. Built an adoption playbook so teams could migrate one component at a time without blocking shipping.
